The Gabriel Family are descendants of the Semendre people from Asia Minor. The family followed scores of other Semendre immigrants who arrived in the United States starting in 1906.

The majority of our members are centered in the greater Los Angeles, California area. Other family members are in Detroit, Michigan, West Virginia, and Kentucky.
